Its very difficult to feed kids in their growing age. My daughter is 6 years old and very difficult to handle when it comes to eating. Evening’s brunch time is very tacky, she is hungry but she doesn’t want to eat chapati, she wants something different. Everything that is shown on TV she wants all that junk to eat. It is not an easy task to explain her how bad junk food is for health nor I am a magician to make a new wonder in cooking every day. One day she was very adamant for knorr soupy noodles after seeing Kajol’s advt. I gave up and bought one packet for her. To make it more healthy I added little vegetable chops. When I served it to her to my surprise she gulped each sip and bite happily till she finished all on her plate. She was happy and so was I.
